The class ratio is a maximum of 6 students to 1 instructor for Learn To Swim (Foundation / Intermediate) and Baby Classes.

We accept toddlers from as young as 4 years old.

You can notify us about your child's expected absence through our Student Portal up to 60 minutes before your class starts. Doing this earns you a Make-up Token. If you cancel less than 60 minutes before class, unfortunately, no Make-up Tokens will be issued.

Please ensure that your child has a pair of swimming goggles and is properly attired in swim attire – rashguard / wetsuit / swimming costume or shorts.

Water-resistant and child-friendly sunblock is also a good idea.

For Learn To Swim program, you are not required to join your child in the water.

First things first, don’t worry. It’s normal for your child to feel afraid and uncertain in a new environment and crying is just their way of releasing the anxiety that they feel. Our coaches are experienced and well-equipped to engage and familiarise your child with the surroundings. 

A coach will be present to replace your regular coach if he or she is on leave. You will receive an email reminder before class each week with the name of the replacement coach. All our coaches follow the same curriculum and approach to maintain the quality of the lesson. 

We have limited spare swimming goggles available – just approach our friendly front-counter staff for help. Shared equipment is sanitised before and after use.
